Professor Edward Dua Agyeman is a former Auditor-General of the Republic of Ghana, having been appointed to the high office of Auditor-General in 2001. He left office in 2010. Prof. is a  Research Fellow at the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) Ghana and Chairman of the Audit Service Board. 

Prof. Dua Agyeman is a founding member of the English-speaking African Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (AFROSAI-E).

Prof. Dua Agyeman is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (FCCA) and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana).

Prof. Edward Dua Agyeman has written several books on Taxation. He was the first President of Dominion University College, Ghana.
