Dr. Cletus Agyenim-Boateng is celebrated as a governance and compliance consultant, with experience in various managerial roles including a directorship at Universal Capital. Prior to his appointment as the Board member of the Ghana Audit Service, Dr. Agyenim-Boateng acted in the capacity of a council member at the CK-Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences (Navrongo-Ghana) amongst others.

Dr. Agyenim-Boateng is a senior lecturer at the University of the Ghana Business School and his area of expertise spreads widely including the fields of Corporate Governance, Sustainability, Financial Reporting, Audit and Assurance and Research.

He holds a PhD in Accounting and Finance, MSc International Development, Bsc. Administration (Accounting), FCCA, Certificate in Ethics and enjoys travelling and engaging in social activities.
