A seasoned Finance and Development Specialist  in the Humanitarian Sector with over 25 years of expertise in Development Finance, Financial Management, Grants and Contracts Administration, Compliance and  Risk Management, and Capacity Building across international NGOs and development organizations in Africa and globally.

Her career has spanned regional and global roles, where she has passionately and consistently delivered results in budgeting, donor compliance, risk management, and institutional strengthening, providing strategic financial oversight for multiple country offices, ensuring accurate reporting, cost recovery, and compliance with diverse donor requirements. She says “I am passionate about helping to build resilient financial systems and empowering teams through training, mentorship, and knowledge sharing. I flourish well where the systems are built to provide resources and support to the marginalized in the humanitarian sector. We go and reach out to places where people find it difficult to go because of the conditions.’ That is our passion.

Having worked with various development organizations globally, such as World Vision International, CUSO, Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO), Star Ghana Foundation and Sabre Education Trust, she thrives at the intersection of finance, development, and impact, ensuring that resources are managed responsibly and effectively to maximize outcomes for communities.

She has served on Boards that embrace the desire to bring excellence in Management and Governance, including Energy and Transparency-Accountability Boards.
