Mr. Peter Lance Adua Adoguba is a distinguished tax and public finance professional with over four decades of progressive leadership experience within Ghana’s revenue administration system. His career spans senior roles across the Internal Revenue Service, Ghana Revenue Authority, and the Large Taxpayer Office, where he led tax audit operations, strengthened internal controls, and improved revenue mobilisation processes. He has provided technical expertise in taxation, internal audit, and financial management, contributing significantly to national tax reforms and institutional capacity building.
He Is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana, as well as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana. He holds a Diploma in Accounting from the University of Ghana, Legon, and obtained his Chartered Accountant qualification through the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. He is an alumnus of Navrongo Secondary School and Pong Tamale Primary and Middle Schools.
