Dr Pamela Graham is the Auditor-General of the Republic of Ghana and the first woman to hold this constitutional office. She is a Chartered Accountant and accomplished audit professional with over two decades of experience in auditing, assurance, governance, financial reporting and advisory services.

Prior to her appointment as Auditor-General, Dr Graham served as a Senior Audit Partner at EY Ghana, where she built an extensive career spanning twenty-five years. Having joined the firm in 2001, she progressed through various leadership roles and in 2013, became the first female Partner of EY Ghana. She subsequently served on EY's West Africa Executive Council and as Innovation and Integration Leader, contributing to strategic and operational initiatives across the region.

Dr Graham has led numerous audit and assurance engagements across key sectors of the economy, including banking, insurance, telecommunications and other public interest industries. Her professional experience encompasses financial reporting, risk management, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, providing her with a broad understanding of institutional accountability and financial stewardship. She has also led significant public sector and special assurance assignments on behalf of the Government of Ghana, including debt validation exercises, reviews of state-owned enterprises and financial sector assessments that have supported fiscal accountability and sound public financial management.

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast, a Master of Business Administration from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom and a Doctorate in Business Administration from IPAG Business School, France.

Over the years, Dr Graham has contributed to the development of the accounting and auditing profession through leadership, mentorship and participation in initiatives aimed at strengthening institutional capacity and professional standards. She has also served on the Board of Trustees of the University of Cape Coast Business School Development Fund and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners, Ghana, supporting professional, educational and institutional advancement.

As Auditor-General, Dr Graham is responsible for executing the constitutional mandate of the Ghana Audit Service to promote transparency, accountability and the prudent management of public resources through independent auditing and reporting. Her appointment represents a significant milestone in the evolution of public sector accountability in Ghana.

Outside her professional responsibilities, Dr Graham is passionate about mentorship, continuous learning, leadership and community development. She enjoys reading, fitness walking and spending quality time with family and friends.
