Victor Gborglah is a seasoned governance and audit professional with over 30 years of leadership experience across Ernst & Young, Price Waterhouse, and Coopers & Lybrand. He has advised boards, governments, and multinational corporations across Africa, Europe, Oceania, and the Americas. His career achievements are in the areas of value‑for‑money audits, strengthening internal controls, and building institutional capacity.
He is Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Manchester Business School. He is an old student of Kpando Secondary School and Keta Secondary School.
Victor’s board experience spans construction, education, health, and faith‑based organizations, where he has served as chairman, audit committee chair, and strategic advisor. He is recognized for his independent thinking, fiscal responsibility, and commitment to transparency and sustainability.
