Judith Kwaaku (Mrs.) is a Deputy Auditor‑General of the Ghana Audit Service, responsible for the Central Government Audit Department (CGAD). A Chartered Accountant with over three decades of experience in public sector auditing, she holds an MSc in Finance and Accounting and a BSc in Accounting from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and Central University College, respectively.
Since joining the Audit Service in 1990, Judith has held several leadership roles, including Assistant Auditor‑General, Director of Audit, and Assistant Director. She has led audits across educational institutions, district assemblies, commercial entities, and central government operations.
Her distinguished career includes special audits of donor‑funded projects by the World Bank, GAVI, and DANIDA, as well as international assignments with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Geneva, the Philippines, Guinea, and Malaysia. She has also conducted peacekeeping audits in Bouaké, Côte d’Ivoire, and audits at Ghana’s diplomatic missions in Paris and Abidjan.
